  • Provide speech and language therapy services to students Birth-12th grade.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify communication needs.
  • Support a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Nebraska licensure or ability to obtain one prior to start date
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Experience in a school setting is a plus, but not required

Bus Driver

 

School District #27, Syracuse, NE is seeking bus drivers for the 2023-2024 and beyond school years. Application forms may be picked up in the district office or on the district website and should be submitted to Mr. David Kraus, Superintendent, Box P, Syracuse, NE 68446 as soon as possible.   

 

 

 

Accompanist Part Time or Full Time

 

The collaborative pianist will accompany the three curricular choirs at SDA. The purpose of the accompanist is to assist the teacher and students in the rehearsal and performance of choral music that represents multiple styles and genres. Specific duties include playing warm-ups, individual voice parts, combined choral parts, and accompaniment parts. Occasional directing responsibilities may include leading warm-ups and sectionals.

The prerequisites for this job are
1) an advanced level of pianistic ability
2) the ability to follow a conductor in rehearsal/performance
3) sight-reading capabilities. While the most important aspect of this job is the everyday involvement in rehearsals, the accompanist is expected to accompany the choral concerts throughout the school year.
