The Cat is Back!
On Thursday, March 2, 2017, SDA Elementary celebrated Dr. Seuss’ birthday. Mrs. Sandy Stark, Title 1 Teacher, invited the Cat in the Hat, Amanda Rohrig and Caren Dey, to read to students in Pre-K, Kindergarten, First, Second and Third grades.
Theodore S. Geisel, otherwise known as Dr. Seuss, wrote 44 books and sold more than 500 millions copies making him, one of the best-selling children’s authors in history. Each year millions of children, teens and adults celebrate Dr. Seuss’s birthday.
