School Calendar Has Been Revised
Some of the days missed due to winter storms will be made up.

Several days of school have been missed due to the multiple winter storms that have occurred. As we adhere to guidelines set forth by the Nebraska Department of Education, Syracuse Public Schools will be adding days to the school calendar. A copy of the revised calendar can be viewed by clicking the "school calendar" icon on the front page of the school website (www.sdarockets.org.) The calendar should include a notation at the top (revised 1/20/2010.) If you do not see the revised calendar, please highlight the web address at the top of the page, press and hold control while hitting F5. This will update your calendar. The days that will be changed include the following:
- January 27th will be a full day rather than a 1:00 dismissal
- February 19th school will be in session
- February 22nd school will be in session
- May 19th students will be dismissed at the time originally scheduled
- May 21st will be added as an additional teacher work day
This calendar is open to change if additional snow days are required.
