Rockets Golfers 4th in NCC; 3rd at Lincoln Christian

The Syracuse boys golf team finished fourth in the Nebraska Capitol Conference golf tournament held last Friday at the Syracuse Country Club finishing with a 337 total. Will Juilfs and Andrew Vogt each shot 82s for the Rockets, Mitch Ross carded an 85, Nate Stilmock an 88 and Timmy Jensen an 89. DC West won the team title with a 314 total and Wahoo was second at 329.
On Tuesday afternoon, the Rockets finished 3rd at the Lincoln Christian Invitational played at Hidden Valley Golf Course. Leading the way for Syracuse was Cassidy Lamb with an 84 and 7th place finish. Mitch Ross shot an 88, Will Juilfs, Andrew Vogt and Nate Stilmock all shot 89s.
Syracuse will be in action next Monday, May 12 at the district tournament at the Beatrice Country Club.
