National Library Week April 13-19
April 23, 2008
SDA elementary library classes celebrated National Library Week,
April 13-19, 2008. One student in each class was selected in a
drawing to receive a free book. These books were provided from
various vendors including Books Are Fun and Imagination Books, Ltd.
All students in the
library classes received bookmarks encouraging them to read.
One junior high student, Christian Eads, and one high school
student, Emily Reed, also received free books by winning the high
school “Mystery Hour Checkout” contest.
